We are starting the new village green opposite the Hall and we would like your help. Please can you give a couple of hours of your time?

The new green will be a place with a trail for walking, a place to take your kids or grandkids for a bike ride or to play a ball game, or just a place to sit and listen to the birds whilst taking in the native surrounds.

The work is essential but simple entailing the collection of weeds and tree debris, plant identification and general clearance in preparation for seeding and...

Between the past week's all-to-frequent squally showers, David Read and his team have been able to commence work on the Cove's planned Commmunity Precinct. Meeting 11 Feb 10amdougkSun, 05/02/2017 - 9:19pm

The first general meeting of the Residents Association for 2017 kicks off at 10am this coming Saturday (11 February ) . We do hope to see you there at the Hall. (The airconditioning will be on!)

Since our last meeting in December 2016, a change of Premier has led to a reversal of the previous policy of forced Council amalgamations. Alas, this change of heart is all too late for us. The eggs have been too well scrambled.

Our forceful protestations last year - that a merger with Greater Taree (now referred to as Manning) and Gloucester would...
