Attention All Able-Bodied Villagers! Your local Rural Fire Service is in desperate need of members able to train as volunteer fire fighters. We need to be able to field at least two full crews in event of a major fire, and at present we have great difficulty doing this.
Our active membership is rapidly reaching or has reached retirement age, so it is important to have younger fitter people on board. Full training is given, and there are many side benefits and areas one can specialise in that can enhance your personal and professional development. So please give consideration to joining!
