Fireworks at Karuah

By janiner, 29 January, 2023

Following lunch at the Australia day celebration at Heros Beach, we decided to attend the fireworks at Karuah at 9pm. What a spectacular show!! The fireworks were set off in the vacant block of land adjacent to the RSL carpark. All we had to do was drive up, park the car and get out our chairs- just a small crowd and no need to walk anywhere. If you want a sore neck and to breathe up the smoke, you can get up very close, but the view from a bit further back is better.

After spending the afternoon at a fire at Pindimar, the North Arm Cove RFS Brigade and other Brigades were on hand to ensure that everything went smoothly. Another big thank you to our Australia Day event organisers and the RFS volunteers. Your time and effort are most appreciated.
