The mid-semester break for the Myall U3A has begun, and a big thank you to all those teachers, presenters, and behind the scene workers who put in to much time and energy. The fourth term begins on 8th Oct.
One big event that is coming up during the break is the Annual Myall U3A Art Show, held on 29th and 30th Sept in the Hawks Nest Community Centre. This is the culmination of a year's work by the Art Class, and showcases the diverse styles and talents of the group. It makes enjoyable viewing, so mark it in your calendars everyone.
Also don't forget the three-part presentation by Brian Jones and Richard Armstrong of “The Monocled Mutineer” commencing on Friday 12th Oct. This is a most revealing and thought-provoking series, and one not to be missed.
