North Arm Cove Residents Association supports all residents and owners whether they are in the Urban or Non Urban area.
Non Urban owners have a significant voice at meetings and a new Subcomittee is being formed.

Residents in urban areas should also be aware that clearing non urban land next to their houses requires permissions from the Council and the owners. There are serious fines for clearing non urban blocks of vegetation.
