On Friday I was called by a journalist from the Newcastle Herald newspaper about an article on North Arm Cove property that he was writing.
The article was prompted by the big property price increases in North Arm Cove over the last couple of years.
He wanted to know more about North Arm Cove, what it was like to live there and was was happening with the non-urban land.
After a long chat about NAC, the pros and cons of living there, its history, the rural strategy, and property prices, he said that the article would be published either on the next day or early the following week.
It was published the following day, being last Saturday with the headline:
