Welcome to our upgraded website.
Over the past few weeks Doug Kohlhoff has spent many many hours upgrading our website from its 12 year-old Drupal 7 content management system to the latest Drupal 10 content management system, and this afternoon Doug "threw the switch" to make the upgraded website go live. We had to do this upgrade because Drupal 7 was no longer fully supported and our old website was becoming more susceptible to being hacked.
Doug, thank you very much for your sterling effort in making this upgrade happen. It is greatly appreciated.
The new website contains all of the content from the old one, but in a more modern format.
The menu is now a bit different - when you click on the menu button on the top right side it will open up submenus.
The log in button can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the submenus. Your username and password haven't changed so you should be able to log in just the same as you used to.
Over the next few weeks I'll put up a few articles on the website explaining some of the key features.
Like any new technology, there may be a bug or two that needs sorting out. So if you find a problem, please send an email to naccai@northarmcove.nsw.au or use the "contact" button at the bottom of each page and tell us about the problem, and we'll endeavour to get it fixed as soon as possible.
All of the functionality of the website is still there - registered users can post articles, classified ads, add events and photos, and add comments to articles. The newsletter will still be sent out to subscribers early each week.
