The draft minutes of the General Meeting 12 October are attached.
Note that since this meeting there has been work on the Constitution which will be distributed shortly to distribute to members by the 15/16 November to be voted on 7 December.
The Oyster Consultation held on the 25 October has resolved many of the issues for the community and the results of this meeting will be posted once all the information and structures for moving forward are completed.
