Draft minutes of the Special Meeting and General Meeting held on Saturday 7 December 2019 are posted here for information.
The outcomes of the special meeting were that Resolution 1 to adopt the Proposed Constitution was not passed. Since the meeting the Executive has met with the Reference Group and Len Roberts local MCC member to discuss implications of the constitution and agreed to make changes to the proposed constitution for the consideration of members which will be posted as soon as this is complete.
Resolution 2 to apply for registration of a new name North Arm Cove Community Association Inc was passed and application to Fair Trading has progressed.
The next meeting for NACRA will be on the 8 February 2020 and will include a special meeting. A notice will be sent to members to allow 21 days to consider the motion to adopt proposed constitution.
