The next NACCAi ordinary general meeting will be held on Saturday 17 October from 10am to 12 noon at the Community Hall.
Feedback from many members who attended the previous meeting on 29 August was that they were very happy with the meeting format, so we are adopting the same format for this meeting.
The agenda will be published a week beforehand, and it will include reports such as finance and subcommittee reports.
These reports will be taken as read and will not be presented or discussed at the meeting, unless there are questions from the floor. This will provide more time for members to discuss current issues.
To ensure that the agenda includes issues of interest to members, we ask members to submit suggestions for agenda items to the Committee by Friday 9 October so they can be incorporated in the published agenda.

COVID safe arrangements will be in place for this meeting and attendees are required to comply with the safety measures and social distancing requirements.
