Yesterday Great Lakes Council installed the long-awaited North Arm Cove village map. The North Arm Cove Residents Association received a Community Grant from Great Lakes Council in April 2013, which made this possible. There is still further work to be done - passers-by will note that the pull-in area is somewhat churned up and muddy. When the area dries out GLC will carry out improvements to it and it will look more like a pull-in area. Thanks must go to Great Lakes Council for the Grant, Glenn Handford and Andrew Blatch of GLC, and especially to John Knight of Display Power for the production of the map and his endless patience and politeness in this long-drawn-out process.
