Well, no-one guessed where it was.
According to what was written on the back of the photo, it is "The Ridgeway", the road through the centre of the Cove on which the Community Centre is located.
I don't know where the photo was taken from, but I suspect it was near the Community Centre looking towards the north, since the land rises slightly in that direction.
