At the Fire Drill meeting at the Community Hall on Saturday 18th of Jan RFS Community Engagement Facilitator Margaret Hunt, has volunteered to visit any resident’s property in the Cove to assist and give advice on how to keep and make your home safer in the event of a major bushfire in the Cove.
The RFS unfortunately are unable to offer house protection to homes in the Cove in the event of a bushfire, if going on to that property might endanger the lives of their members because of any unsafe conditions that may exist there on.
