Since our difficult year of intense heat and deer munching we have been able to land an offer of a special donation to fence our Community Garden.

The Paperwork is in motion and when this project gets moving we will detail the progress. It is very exciting , so fingers crossed all will proceed smoothly !!

The garden has produced good harvests of corn and miniature eggplants with pumpkins and our rosella plants ( yummy jam) doing well.

Lettuce and spinach has been available but difficult to keep robust with the heat .

We expect the next month to improve as our seed to seedling department has had its challenges during past months .

Thankyou to our volunteers, especially our newest member Michelle for all your efforts to continue this rewarding work in the community.
