Information

Gary Sylvaney has updated the NAC stormwater report to include the latest developments on the highest priority actions.

The good news is that Council drainage staff have issued a work order to commence the improvements in the vicinity of 91 Promontory Way, with the work scheduled to commence next month (March 2023). This has been a major problem for some time and the planned work should fix it, and stop the overland flow and flooding currently experienced by residents on the Heros Beach side.

Council staff have also commenced design work on fixing the poor drainage opposite 104 Cove Boulevarde, and the dangerous pit at the intersection of Eastslope Way and Merriwa Boulevarde.

It is really pleasing to see how Council's drainage team are working with our community and taking action on the high priority issues - thank you Council drainage team. Well done!

The updated report can be downloaded or viewed below.
