I get my vehicles serviced by a local garage (which happens to be a sponsor of this web site). While I was waiting for my car, another customer asked the proprietor why he was looking so tired. He said he had driven to Sydney and back that morning to get parts for a customer which had been lost in transit by an incompetent courier. A trip of 5 hours and 450 km. I asked why they were so urgent and how much he would charge the customer for this amazing service. "Not urgent. No extra charge. He's a good customer!"
