Nationals MP for the Electorate of Lyne, David Gillespie, attended the Great Lakes Council Community Engagement Meeting on Wednesday 30 March evening to make an announcement of 25 additional beds for Peter Sinclair Gardens, eighteen of which will be for dementia patients. This increase in beds is expected to provide 15-20 additional jobs in the district.
Earlier in the day, David Gillespie visited North Arm Cove to meet with committee members of the Residents Association in preparation for Saturday's (9 April) General Meeting. Saturday's meeting will provide an excellent opportunity for the Cove community to meet and question both David Gillespie and the Country Labor candidate, Peter Alley.
