Can you spare some time on Sunday Morning for Clean UP?

This year there are more sites for clean up than last year.

Can you help with a trailer or other vehicle?

We will be supplied with bags for collecting rubbish that can be carried by cars.

Meeting at the Community Centre at 8 am. All collectors will be supplied with gloves.

Please wear long sleeves, trousers and covered shoes and bring insect repellent, the mozzies are vicious....

As the partner of one of the Constitution Subcommittee members, I have listened as many people have called Bob over and expressed their views. A modified quote- “Why do good people hold such wildly differing views and why do others’ views seem so illogical”? It is obvious that we have a broad range of opinions about some of the clauses that need to be in the new constitution and we are not going to always agree.

Steve Gee a long time resident and active community member passed away on 31 December 2019 following a long battle with cancer. Steve was deeply loved by his family and members of the community. He was active on the 355 Hall Committee and the Residents Association for a number of years. He also served on the Fire Brigade.His undying enthusiasm, humour and caring will be missed.

The community grieves with his wife Robyn Gee and the extended and imediate family and wide network of dear friends.

Results of the Community Survey are in and a draft community plan has been sent to the Community Engagement Team at MCC and also discussed at the Southern Area Regerence Group.

There were 73 responses from households and 196 residents which is a significant sample of the 260 households of permanent and others living in the Cove.

Council has agreed that there will be progress on Heros Beach facilities and landscaping which has been on the agenda since 2013. There is also agreement for other improvements including power to the Community...

Bushfire Survival at North Arm Cove

ON Saturday at the Bushfire Meeting John Altonnen Captain of the Local Bridgade brought Cove residents up to date with planning for leaving the Cove in case of a Bushfire.

Residents need to talk with their families and make arrangements to leave early should there be a danger of fire.

Property Prices Down in North Arm Cove

A recent report released by Real Estate Institute of NSW found that North Arm Cove was one of the worst performing suburbs for property investment in NSW. The median price fell 41% in the first half of 2019.
