Submissions in the form of a petition and letters have been made to NSW Fisheries and to the Department of Primary Industries expressing the concerns of many residents about the management of oyster leases in North Arm Cove. Responses have been received.
A meeting will be held at the Community Hall on Saturday September 28th at 10 am. This will be an opportunity to revisit the concerns we have, to hear the responses we have received, and to discuss whether they are sufficient to allay our concerns.
This is an open meeting - anyone can attend. It would be useful if you could confirm your interest in coming by email to mdspack@bigpond.com but not essential.
